Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Sixteen by Nine Ltd.
- Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals worldwide who are aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Sixteen by Nine Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Follow the Sixteen by Nine LinkedIn company page.
- Like the official competition post announcing the giveaway.
Entries must be completed before 11:59pm (GMT) on 31 October 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Prize
- One winner will receive a presentation design package comprising:
- Design and creation of up to 20 professionally designed presentation slides.
- One round of reasonable amendments following initial delivery.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
- The prize must be redeemed within three months of notification of the winner.
- Any additional work beyond the agreed 20-slide limit or scope of the prize may be quoted separately at Sixteen by Nine’s standard rates.
- Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
- The draw will take place during November 2026.
- The winner will be contacted via email or LinkedIn message.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Sixteen by Nine reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that Sixteen by Nine may announce the winner’s name and company on its LinkedIn page and marketing channels.
- General
- Sixteen by Nine reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified.
- Sixteen by Nine accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues or platform failures.
- The decision of Sixteen by Nine regarding any aspect of the competition is final.
