Account Director
Sixteen by Nine is a truly specialist presentation design consultancy, transforming ordinary presentations into extraordinary experiences. The Role
As an Account Director, you’ll lead and grow a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, driving long-term partnerships and commercial success. This is a strategic leadership role with full commercial accountability. You’ll own key accounts, shape long-term growth strategies and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional, profitable work. We’re looking for someone ambitious, commercially astute and confident operating at senior stakeholder level — someone motivated by building lasting partnerships and delivering measurable business impact.

The Candidate
Experience – Extensive experience within a marketing communications agency environment, operating at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
Education – A degree in a related field is advantageous but not essential.
Attitude – Proactive, commercially minded and calm under pressure. You lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for the English language and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Knowledge – A strong understanding of the design process and terminology.
Traits – A natural relationship builder who balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and takes ownership of both team performance and financial outcomes.

Account Manager

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of projects across a range of client accounts, helping to build strong and lasting client relationships. You’ll be confident speaking with a variety of stakeholders across different industries, supporting the delivery of exceptional creative work while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and on budget. We’re looking for someone organised, ambitious and enthusiastic — someone who is keen to develop their client services career and grow with us.

Experience – You’ll already have experience working as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager with approximately 2–4 years’ agency experience in a client services role.
Education – A degree in a related field or professional marketing qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Confident using Microsoft 365.
