Junior Creative Designer

THE ROLE
As a Junior Creative Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting stunning presentations that leave a lasting impression and make a real difference. You’ll work alongside our talented team to develop original presentation solutions. We’re looking for someone with ambition and enthusiasm, who aspires to learn, grow and succeed together with us.
The Responsibilities
- Devise inspiring and engaging presentation solutions from concept to completion. Collaborating to craft narrative, visual design, slide development, feedback and timely delivery.
- Create compelling visual presentations and stories.
- Produce slides, videos, and animations; both as standalone projects and to supplement presentations.
- Work alongside and support our team of presentation experts (designers, strategists, copywriters, and account managers) to deliver high level, high quality, high impact creative projects.
- Work directly with the Head of Design to Support, Aspire and Succeed in the presentation industry.
- Build and maintain a library of assets, resources, imagery, content – and become a brand guardian for our range of clients.
- Be part of multiple, varied projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced and creatively rewarding environment.
- Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and master relevant design tools.
The Offer
- Starting salary of £23,000 – £26,000, with a support package including health insurance, electric car scheme, income protection and contributory pension scheme.

The Candidate
- Experience – you’ll have up to 2 years of agency experience and be familiar with the design process. A proficient grasp of core design software is critical.
- Education – a degree in a related design field will be advantageous. A strong, visual, and well-reasoned portfolio, a necessity.
- Attitude – we want someone to embrace our values of Support, Aspire, Succeed. Someone who recognises the value in collaboration, is enthusiastic, an innovative thinker, is determined to achieve excellence and is passionate to grow both themselves and the business.
- Skills – we’re looking for a learner, who can grasp knowledge and act on it quickly. A creative problem solver who can think critically and generate innovative ideas.
- Traits – a solid design foundation, strong typography and layout practice, excellent written and verbal communication, passionate about problem-solving, attention to detail, confidence in sharing and receiving feedback (both internally and externally).
